Intellectual Property Associate
The candidate should have Bachelors or commensurate technical experience in mechanical, electrical, computer or software engineering. Should have 2+ years of Intellectual Property Experience at a firm or in-house. Trademark prosecution and TTAB experience is preferred. Active membership in a state bar and a registration number. IP Litigation technical support and PTAB experience is a plus Experience drafting and prosecuting patent applications through the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office and in foreign jurisdictions are needed. Superior writing skills and academic credentials are required. Should give commitment to excellent client service. Should be enthusiastic about working within a team-oriented environment.
