Duties

• Advise clients on environmental regulatory and administrative enforcement matters, including CERCLA, RCRA, the Clean Air Act, and the Clean Water Act.
• Conduct environmental due diligence and investigations for potentially contaminated properties.
• Collaborate with team members to provide comprehensive legal solutions.
• Prepare and present detailed legal analyses and reports.

Requirements

• 7-10 years of experience in environmental law.
• Admission to the State Bar of California.
• Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Education

• Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• State Bar of California admission.
