The ideal candidate will have experience in litigation and a passion for providing high-quality legal representation in insurance defense matters.

Duties:

• Take and defend depositions

• Conduct legal research and analysis

• Prepare and argue motions

• Draft detailed legal documents and correspondence

• Maintain organization and manage caseload efficiently

• Work independently while delivering a consistent, high-quality work product

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of litigation experience

• Experience in insurance defense preferred

• Licensed to practice law in the State of Utah

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Must be licensed to practice law in Utah

Skills:

• Strong writing skills with an ability to articulate legal analysis

• Excellent research and communication abilities

• Self-motivated with the capacity to work independently

• Strong organizational skills
