Duties

• Attend and manage hearings, ensuring all parties are prepared.
• Provide real-time hearing results to clients and internal teams.
• Update internal and external systems of record promptly.
• Perform quality control reviews of documents before submission.
• Monitor dockets to identify and escalate actionable events.
• Answer loan-level legal questions and provide training tools.
• Coordinate with leadership to improve processes and staff.
• Communicate with clients and provide training tools.
• Conduct research and provide recommendations for improvements.

Requirements

• Experience in bankruptcy law and default servicing.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in the state of Georgia.

Skills

• Proficiency in legal research and document review.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
