Duties

• Engage in litigation related to commercial real estate, distressed loans, and creditor and lender liability.
• Draft legal documents including briefs, complaints, pretrial motions, memoranda, and discovery requests.
• Appear in court and represent clients effectively.
• Collaborate with team members to support and grow the national practice.

Requirements

• 2+ years of litigation experience in relevant areas.
• Strong legal writing experience.
• Ability to navigate complex subject matter quickly and effectively.
• Admission to the New York Bar.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• New York Bar admission.
