Senior Associate General Counsel
The candidate will provide legal support in the PBM client contracting process and manage associated legal risks. Will develop responses and support for RFP activity and mitigate identified legal and business risks. Provide ongoing legal counsel on a wide range of legal issues impacting the PBM. Provide legal support in the resolution of disputes and inquiries from customers, subcontractors, and governmental/regulatory agencies. Routinely work on complex problems in which analysis of situations and/or facts require an in-depth evaluation of a range of factors. Monitor PBM regulatory landscape and provide guidance on the interpretation of PBM laws and regulations to the business. Manage multiple high-profile projects. Serve as a resource for other attorneys and contract managers as well as business clients, instructing and advising on technical and tactical issues. Other legal duties and responsibilities as identified by senior management.
