The ideal candidate should possess 3-7 years of experience and a strong track record in representing lenders and borrowers in syndicated or bilateral credit facilities.

As a Mid-level Debt Finance Associate Attorney, you will be responsible for a wide range of legal tasks, including drafting, reviewing, and negotiating various loan documents, such as credit agreements, loan agreements, security agreements, guarantees, and more. A solid understanding of secured term loans, cash flow asset-based revolving credit facilities, and leveraged acquisitions will be an asset in this role. Involvement and general familiarity with UCC Article 9 and other laws relevant to secured transactions are essential.
