A law firm seeks a Litigation Associate Attorney with two to six years of substantive general litigation experience for their Sacramento office. This full-time position offers a hybrid schedule after 90 days, with three days in the office and up to two days remote.

Duties

• Conduct legal research and draft legal documents.
• Prepare and argue dispositive motions.
• Manage discovery processes and procedures.
• Participate in trial preparation and courtroom proceedings.

Requirements

• 2-6 years of solid experience in general litigation.
• Strong writing and research skills.
• Trial experience preferred.
• Experience with dispositive motions and discovery.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Active membership in the California State Bar.
