Job Overview

A law firm seeks a mid-level associate with strong legal writing skills in the area of pharmaceutical and medical device litigation to join its Litigation group in Boston, MA. The ideal candidate will have experience with Daubert and Rule 702 motions practice and will be admitted to practice in the jurisdiction of application.

Duties

• Communicate effectively with clients.
• Supervise junior associates.
• Collaborate with experts in the field.
• Assist with fact development and depositions.
• Review and draft discovery responses, briefs, and motions.
• Contribute to case strategy development.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of litigation experience, preferably at an AmLaw 100 firm.
• Extensive experience with Rule 702 and Daubert issues.
• Experience in products liability litigation.
• Familiarity with the pharmaceutical and medical device industry is a plus.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from a nationally recognized law school.

Certifications

• Admitted to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction.
