The candidate will handle Plaintiff PIP claim administration (both pre and post litigation), ordering/reviewing medical records, processing of interrogatories and requests for production, trial preparation, client interviews, client management and case document preparation. Will cross-train and support Criminal Defense practice as well. Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office programs and Internet research is required.
