Paralegal- Personal Injury
The candidate will include speaking to clients and addressing issues as to medical treatment and temporary disability. Also, preparing cases for court, limited drafting pleadings, discovery demands and responses, and other legal documents. Must have practical knowledge of litigation in Personal Injury, for example, workers' compensation, medical malpractice, nursing home, etc. Should have an entrepreneurial spirit and be self-directed and detailed-oriented with the ability to organize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Should have the extraordinary opportunity to continue their professional development in a challenging, but collegial, environment. Should be well organized and able to see an assignment through to its end when given proper direction. Should have a minimum of 3-5 years of experience. Experience in Personal Injury matters preferred. Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Office is required. The ability to read, write and speak in Spanish is a plus. A paralegal Certificate or associate degree is required.
