Duties

• Conduct fact investigation and exposure analysis.
• Manage discovery processes.
• Draft pleadings and motions.
• Perform legal research.
• Advise clients on complex employment law compliance issues.
• Engage in alternative dispute resolution and client counseling.
• Conduct labor and workplace investigations.

Requirements

• 4 to 6 years of labor and employment defense experience.
• Experience in federal and state court litigation.
• Substantive experience with wage and hour class actions.
• Experience with discrimination, harassment, and retaliation claims.

Education

• Juris Doctor degree from an ABA accredited law school.

Certifications

• Member of the State Bar of Texas.
