- Proven track record in M&A and private equity transactions.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work in the Philadelphia office at least three days per week.
Education
- JD from an ABA-accredited law school.
Certifications
- Licensed or eligible to become licensed to practice law in Pennsylvania.
