Duties

• Assist in all phases of discovery and trial preparations.
• Analyze and apply case law and public law to current matters.
• Litigate cases before the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC).
• Draft and review employment agreements, contracts, and company policies.
• Manage concurrent assignments and multiple deadlines effectively.

Requirements

• 3-5 years' experience in personal injury, employment law, and products liability.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Education

• Juris Doctorate degree.

Certifications

• Active member in good standing with the California State Bar.
