Duties:

• Manage a caseload of personal injury cases, from initial filing to resolution
• Conduct comprehensive legal research to support case strategies
• Draft various legal documents, such as pleadings, motions, and discovery responses
• Handle litigation phases, including depositions, hearings, and trials
• Negotiate settlements to secure favorable outcomes for clients
• Provide clear and effective legal counsel to clients regarding their rights
• Communicate regularly with clients, opposing counsel, and other involved parties
• Stay informed on changes and developments in personal injury law and regulations

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of experience in personal injury law, with a focus on litigation
• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
• Active license to practice law in the state of California
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously
• Proven track record of working independently and as part of a team
• Exceptional organizational and time management abilities
• Trial preparation experience and courtroom exposure preferred

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
