Duties:

• Provide strategic legal advice and counsel to clients

• Collaborate with attorneys across disciplines on complex legal matters

• Prepare and maintain detailed case files and documentation

• Draft litigation documents including pleadings, motions, and legal briefs

• Manage discovery processes including drafting requests and reviewing responses

• Conduct legal research and provide analytical support

• Represent clients during court proceedings, hearings, and conferences

• Participate in or lead depositions and other pre-trial activities

Requirements:

• Admission to practice law in New York

• Prior litigation experience in a law firm or related legal setting

• Exceptional written and oral communication abilities

• Strong legal analysis, writing, and advocacy skills

• Excellent organizational capabilities and attention to detail

• Familiarity with legal software and document management tools

• Ability to manage multiple deadlines and caseloads efficiently

• Experience leading trials or handling cases independently is highly valued

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• New York State Bar Admission required
