The Litigation Family Law Attorney will manage family law cases from inception to resolution while providing exceptional customer service. They will also make recommendations for improving practices, manage performance metrics, and ensure client satisfaction.

Duties:

• Proactively manage family law cases from beginning to end
• Provide superior customer service to clients, including monthly status reports and weekly case reviews
• Make improvement recommendations to practice managers
• Manage performance metrics using practice quality software to track accomplishments and client satisfaction

Requirements:

• Juris Doctorate from an accredited university
• Passed the Bar Exam on the first attempt
• 1-3 years of litigation experience
• 1st chair family law experience
• Licensed to practice law in the state of Massachusetts

Education & Certifications:
