Duties

• Manage litigation cases independently from start to finish.
• Develop and implement case strategies.
• Handle discovery and depositions.
• Coordinate with experts and engage in law and motion practice.
• Interface with clients and opposing counsel.
• Prepare for trials and mediations.

Requirements

• 3 - 5+ years of experience in litigation handling general liability, construction, personal/catastrophic injury, contracts/business, and/or commercial disputes.
• Exceptional communication and advocacy skills.
• Client-focused mindset with a passion for successful outcomes.

Education

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Current admission to the State Bar of California.
