This position is ideal for a professional with at least two years of relevant experience who is eager to engage in various sophisticated transactions and contribute to a collaborative team environment in downtown Seattle.

Duties

• Provide legal counsel on business and real estate transactions, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
• Collaborate with clients and colleagues to facilitate complex real estate deals.
• Draft and review contracts, agreements, and other legal documents related to real estate and business operations.
• Engage in business development initiatives to expand the firm's client base and enhance practice areas.
• Participate in negotiations and represent clients in real estate matters.

Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in business or real estate law.
• Direct experience with real estate transactions is highly desirable.
• Initiative in practice development and client relationship management.

Education

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
• An LL.M. in tax law is preferred but not mandatory.

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction.
