Duties

• Report to the Corporate Chair.
• Supervise lawyers, paralegals, law clerks, and externs.
• Lead by example with work ethic and positive attitude.
• Engage in significant client contact.
• Participate in client development and firm growth.
• Develop and expand your book of business.

Requirements

• Over 10 years of corporate transactional experience.
• Licensed to practice in New York, California, Florida, Texas, or the UK.
• Possess a portable book of business of at least $500,000.
• Experience in structuring and negotiating M&A transactions.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Bar admission in relevant jurisdiction.
