A law firm seeks an experienced Family Law Attorney in West Jordan, Utah. Duties

• Represent clients in family law litigation, including divorce, custody, support, and protective orders.
• Draft and review legal documents such as pleadings, motions, and settlement agreements.
• Attend hearings, mediations, and trials in Utah state courts.
• Communicate empathetically with clients and provide practical legal guidance.
• Supervise paralegals and legal assistants to ensure timely case management.
• Develop case strategies and manage deadlines from intake through resolution.

Requirements

• Active Utah Bar license in good standing.
• Minimum 3 years of family law experience in Utah.
• Strong knowledge of Utah Code Title 30 and Utah Rules of Civil Procedure.
• Excellent oral advocacy, negotiation, and writing skills.
• Ability to manage a full caseload independently and efficiently.
• Commitment to client service and ethical representation.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Active membership in the Utah State Bar.
