The Bookkeeper will perform a variety of tasks, including: (i) responsibility for accounts payable and accounts receivable; (ii) maintain firm books and records; (iii) prepare periodic financial statements; (iv) prepare and distribute invoices; and (iv) coordinate payroll.
Background/Skills
Bachelor’s degree preferred
Three (3) plus years of prior bookkeeping experience, including performing all aspects of small business accounting
Proficiency with Intuit QuickBooks Pro and MS Office programs
Experience with eBillity a plus
Strong attention to detail
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
