Lead by example: with their work ethic, constructive feedback, positive attitude, and leadership abilities. Will have significant client contact. Be involved in client development and the growth of the firm. Must be a stellar attorney with 3+ years of experience in estate planning, trust administration, and probate. Should be licensed to practice law in Connecticut. Must have excellent interpersonal skills and be effective at networking and building relationships with centers of influence. Must be well organized and believe in the quality and completeness of their work. Should be willing to give presentations on estate planning. Should be practical and resourceful, legal research and writing on point, and exceptional proofreading skills. Must be positive, resilient, and confident. Communicate effectively, in plain English. Should enjoy learning and improving. Must be receptive to constructive feedback. Treat everyone (clients, adversaries, coworkers, and cleaning staff) with respect. Be polished and poised with lots of energy. Should understand that the legal profession is a service business. Must be always responsive and often proactive.
