• Provide practical legal advice and risk assessments.
• Collaborate with partners to strengthen client relationships and develop new business.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
• Minimum of six years of experience in business/commercial litigation.
• Portable book of business (approximately $100,000 or more).
• Strong oral and written advocacy skills.
• Ability to manage cases and client needs independently.
• Admission to practice in California.
