Duties:

• Draft, revise, and negotiate a variety of commercial contracts and agreements

• Advise clients on matters involving business formation, corporate governance, and operational structuring

• Assist in the execution and coordination of business transactions such as mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, and reorganizations

• Collaborate cross-functionally with attorneys in other legal disciplines to provide integrated client service

• Conduct legal research and provide actionable advice tailored to client needs

Requirements:

• Active membership in the Oregon State Bar or eligibility for reciprocal admission

• Minimum of 2-5 years of experience handling corporate or transactional legal matters

• Proficiency in preparing complex legal documents with attention to detail

• Proven ability to manage a dynamic caseload with minimal supervision

• Strong interpersonal and professional communication skills

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited U.S. law school

Certifications:

• Admission to practice law in Oregon (or pending eligibility for admission)
