Digital Marketing Specialist
The candidate will update and maintain the firm’s website and landing pages with new content. Write, proofread, and edit marketing content for landing pages across different mediums. Monitor the firm’s presence and brand name in search engines, social platforms, and maintain our third-party directories and review sites listing. Conduct market research and analyze competitors to serve business intelligence needs. Work with various marketing tools, external agencies and vendors to execute marketing programs. Maintain email database, deploy ongoing and adhoc email blasts, and pull monthly email performance reports. Assist in implementing tracking for marketing programs such as email, social media, or digital campaigns, and events. Maintain marketing logs, budget, and project timelines. Assist DDM in the development and implementation of various lead generation campaigns and ensure the conversion tracking is installed. Update weekly, monthly or quarterly marketing reports and key metrics for measuring success of SEO, PPC, social media, re-marketing, and online lead generation campaigns by utilizing CRM, SEO and Google Analytics reporting. Update and maintain marketing presentations for internal and external audiences when needed. Collaborate with Public Relations team and Graphic Designer to update website content. Assumes other duties as assigned by the Chief Marketing Officer and Digital Marketing Director. Solid writing, editing, proofreading, presentation and overall communication skills with strong attention to detail. Excellent brainstorming and data analytics skills. Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Experience with Google Marketing is a plus. Knowledge of various marketing, content management systems, CRMs and analytics tools such as, Salesforce/Pardot, Canvas, and Google Analytics. Proficiency in SEO and website/HTML troubleshooting. Strong prioritization, quality assurance, organization, and project management skills.
