Job Overview:
A law firm based in Tampa, FL, is seeking a dedicated Personal Injury Litigation Attorney with a minimum of two years of relevant experience. This role involves managing a caseload of plaintiff-side personal injury matters through all phases of litigation. Trial experience is advantageous but not mandatory. The ideal candidate thrives in a collaborative, low-drama environment and is motivated by achieving results for injured clients.

Duties:

• Handle personal injury cases from intake through resolution

• Draft legal pleadings, motions, and discovery documents

• Conduct depositions, attend mediations, and court hearings

• Manage settlement negotiations and trial preparations

• Collaborate with support staff and other attorneys in a team-oriented environment

• Maintain organized case files and documentation

• Provide exceptional client communication and service throughout the legal process

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of litigation experience in personal injury law

• Proven ability to manage cases independently

• Strong oral advocacy and legal writing skills

• Commitment to client-focused representation

• Licensed to practice law in Florida and good standing with the bar

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• An active Florida Bar license is required

Skills:

• Strong litigation and negotiation skills

• Ability to handle a dynamic caseload efficiently

• Excellent organizational and time management capabilities

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative office setting

• Spanish language skills are a plus, though not required

Job Location:
