We're looking for a seasoned Senior Attorney to step into a leadership role and serve as the right hand to the firm's founder. From day one, you'll carry the title of Senior Partner — no waiting and no proving yourself for years before someone notices. This role is particularly well-suited for someone ready to make a move — whether you're feeling the weight of a large firm's bureaucracy and politics, or you're at a smaller firm and tired of waiting for a partnership that keeps getting pushed down the road. We also believe in rewarding longevity and performance — for the right person, there will be conversations about future equity partnership as the firm continues to grow.

What You'll Do

• Oversee day-to-day legal operations and help manage the firm's attorney and support staff team
• Handle a diverse caseload across multiple practice areas — you won't be siloed here
• Bring an existing book of business and build upon it with the firm's full support and resources behind you
• Work directly alongside the firm's founder on high-level strategy, client relationships, and firm growth
• Represent clients in trial — including jury trials and bench trials — with confidence and competence
• Champion the use of technology to streamline processes, improve efficiency, and modernize how we work
• Serve as a steady, trusted presence for both clients and colleagues

What We're Looking For

First and foremost: integrity. Everything else on this list matters, but how you conduct yourself — with clients, with colleagues, and when no one is watching — is non-negotiable here. We hold ourselves to a high ethical standard and expect the same from everyone who joins this team.

Beyond that:

• Licensed to practice law in Florida and in good standing with the Florida Bar
• Minimum 7–10 years of legal experience with strong proficiency in business litigation, real estate litigation, and/or personal injury (experience with probate, trust litigation, or family law is a welcomed bonus)
• Significant courtroom exposure, with demonstrated comfort in trial — both jury trials and bench trials
• A sharp self-starter who operates with urgency and good judgment
• Highly organized, always one step ahead, and genuinely enjoys building and implementing processes that make the whole team better
• A portable book of business you're ready to bring and grow
• Strong leadership instincts — you know how to earn respect, not just demand it
• Genuinely tech-forward: you see technology as a tool, not a threat, and you're always looking for smarter ways to work
• An excellent communicator — with clients, colleagues, and in the courtroom
• Someone who doesn't lead with ego — you know you're good at what you do, but at the end of the day you're a caring human being who just wants to make a difference for your clients

Compensation

We believe in rewarding results — and we've structured this role to do exactly that. Compensation includes:

• Base salary $125,000–$150,000 DOE**
• Percentage of fees on cases worked
• Generous commission structure for existing business referrals
• Unlimited commission structure for new business brought to the firm
• Holiday bonus based on performance and overall firm growth

**Estimated total compensation $150,000–$200,000+ with incentives. The right candidate won't be limited by a ceiling — your earnings will continue to grow with your contribution.
