A law firm in Malvern is seeking a Senior Care Associate Attorney to support the team in managing a diverse caseload, particularly focusing on matters related to senior care. The candidate will conduct legal research, draft legal documents, analyze regulations, and communicate with clients.

Duties:

• Manage a diverse caseload, including matters related to senior care
• Conduct thorough legal research to support case strategies and provide guidance to clients
• Draft various legal documents, including motions, briefs, and discovery proceedings
• Assist in preparing court filings, motions, and legal briefs for litigation efforts
• Communicate effectively with clients, offering clear and concise legal advice
• Participate in client meetings, hearings, and negotiations as necessary
• Contribute to case strategy development, legal analysis, and overall case planning
• Manage and organize case files, documents, and evidence for efficient case handling
• Collaborate with senior attorneys and colleagues to develop effective legal strategies
• Stay abreast of legal trends, changes in legislation, and case law within the elder law/senior care practice

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
• Active and in good standing with the State Bar Association
• 3-5 years of experience practicing law, preferably in Medicaid, guardianships, elder law, or senior care-related fields
