Duties

• Advocate for clients in diverse insurance defense matters.
• Independently manage a full litigation caseload from filing to resolution.
• Conduct court appearances, depositions, and motion practice.
• Maintain proactive communication with clients, providing updates and guidance.

Requirements

• Licensed to practice law in the State of New York.
• Minimum of one year of experience in insurance defense and general liability litigation.
• Exceptional legal research, writing, and oral advocacy skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines.

Education

• JD from an ABA-accredited law school.

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in New York.
