Duties

Requirements

• 5-7 years of experience in healthcare mergers and acquisitions, private equity, and/or joint ventures.
• Excellent oral communication, writing, research, and analytical skills.
• Ability to manage projects and communicate effectively with clients and advisors.
• Admission to the bar in the state of application.

Education

• Outstanding academic credentials from an accredited law school.

Certifications
