Requirements

• J.D. from an accredited law school.
• Active bar membership in good standing in Maryland, Virginia, Florida, or the District of Columbia.
• Minimum of 5 years of estate planning experience.
• Expertise in drafting sophisticated estate planning documents.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and client relationship skills.
• Ability to independently manage client matters.

Education

• J.D. from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Active bar membership in Maryland, Virginia, Florida, or the District of Columbia.

Skills

• Strong knowledge of estate, gift, and fiduciary income taxation.
• Experience advising high-net-worth individuals and business owners.
