General Liability Associate
The candidate must have active member of the State Bar of California with 3 – 5 years of significant general liability experience are required. Strong academic credentials and the ability to independently handle cases and analyze complex issues are required. Significant experience handling all phases of discovery, taking and defending depositions, managing document intensive cases, drafting motions, and preparing for trial; class action experience a plus. Solid work ethic and a passion for advocacy are required. Excellent organizational and communication skills are required. Members of the Klinedinst team have proficiency with Microsoft Office, Interwoven are required.
