Legal Administrative Assistant

Profile

Open and maintain client files
Provide clerical support to the attorneys and paralegals
Provide backup overflow assistance to legal assistants as needed
Preparation and formatting of legal documents and correspondence
Update and maintain case management system with client data and documents
Requirements:
Excellent writing, grammar, proofreading skills, and meticulous attention to detail
Excellent word processing skills and intermediate-level use of Microsoft Office Suite, .pdf editing software, and related legal software
Experience using attorney timekeeping and document management systems a plus
Familiarity with basic online resources
Possess strong organizational and time management skills, and ability to multi-task
Proven success as a positive team player, as well as an independent worker
Punctual and reliable in-person attendance is required
Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment
