Duties

• Draft and negotiate transaction documents.
• Lead financing transactions for borrower and lead arranger clients.

Requirements

• Minimum of three years of experience with syndicated lending or private credit/direct lending.
• Experience representing borrowers or lead arrangers.
• Strong background in sponsor finance/LBO finance preferred.
• Admitted or eligible for admission to the bar in New York.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree required.

Certifications

• Bar admission in New York or eligibility for admission.

• Strong leadership and transaction management skills.
