Duties

• Conduct legal research and draft legal documents, including motions and discovery responses.
• Prepare for court hearings and depositions under the guidance of a Trial Attorney.
• Participate in the strategic and analytical development of cases.
• Meet billable hour requirements.

Requirements

• Admitted to the California State Bar.
• 0-10 years of experience in civil litigation.
• Desire to litigate civil cases.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• California State Bar admission.

Skills
