Duties

• Prepare for trials, including strategy discussions, discovery, and client interviews.
• Conduct legal research and investigate people, businesses, and worksites.
• Draft briefs, memos, and client updates.
• Attend depositions, hearings, and mediations.

Requirements

• Active Illinois Bar License.
• Previous litigation defense experience required.
• Participation in law review and/or moot court is a plus.
• Strong writing, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Client-focused mentality and initiative-taking attitude.

Education

• Excellent academic credentials.

Certifications
