Legal Secretary/ Assistant – Government Contracts
The candidate' must have at least 2 years of experience working in a government contracts law practice or a related practice area. Should possess excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the acumen to learn new software programs quickly. Will be responsible for high level, time sensitive work that requires strong project management skills in a high volume, busy practice. Professional communication skills are critical, as well as a solid grasp of English grammar, proofreading and writing. You will apply these skills as you draft correspondence and help revise and edit transactional documents, creating tables of contents and authorities, managing and manipulating PDF documents with ease, creating PowerPoint presentations and working on Excel documents.
