Duties

• Represent clients in civil litigation.
• Provide legal counsel to homeowner and condominium associations on compliance, governance, enforcement, and collections.
• Draft pleadings, motions, contracts, and other legal documents.
• Handle discovery, depositions, mediation, and court appearances.
• Communicate effectively with clients, courts, and opposing counsel.
• Stay current with relevant legal developments in real estate and community association law.

Requirements

• J.D. from an accredited law school and active member of the Utah State Bar.
• 4-10 years of relevant experience in community association law, real estate, and litigation.
• Strong research, writing, and analytical skills.
• Excellent oral advocacy and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to manage a high-volume caseload independently and efficiently.
• Commitment to providing high-quality legal services and building long-term client relationships.

Education

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree.

Certifications

• Active member of the Utah State Bar.
