Duties

• Handle complex antitrust and competition law cases.
• Conduct government and internal investigations.
• Manage civil antitrust litigation, including discovery and pretrial motions.
• Represent clients in state and federal courts.
• Engage with enforcement authorities such as the U.S. Department of Justice and the Federal Trade Commission.

Requirements

• Experience in antitrust and competition law.
• Proven track record in government and internal investigations or civil antitrust litigation.
• Experience representing clients in state and federal courts.
• Prior federal clerkship experience preferred.
• Background in economics or related subjects preferred.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Admitted to practice law in California.
