Duties:

• Prepare written reports for clients and insurance companies summarizing relevant facts and providing outcome-oriented case analyses, including case valuations.
• Draft motions and legal memoranda.
• Appear before judges in all New York courts, handling discovery conferences and oral arguments for motions.
• Conduct depositions and prepare reports on significant testimony.
• Prepare cases for trial.
• Maintain professional, succinct, and responsive verbal and written communication with clients.

Requirements:

• Admission to the New York bar is required.
• Proven experience in litigation, specifically in medical malpractice or related fields.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Active New York bar admission.
