Location:

Duties:

• Manage a caseload of personal injury litigation cases, including motor vehicle accidents, wrongful death, slip and falls, medical malpractice, and premises liability

• Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery responses

• Conduct depositions, court hearings, and motion practice

• Develop case strategies and prepare cases for trial, including witness and evidence preparation

• Perform legal research and draft briefs, memoranda, and motions

• Communicate regularly with clients, providing updates and managing expectations

• Participate in settlement negotiations with opposing counsel

• Ensure compliance with Wyoming court rules and local jurisdictional procedures

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in personal injury litigation

• Licensed and in good standing to practice law in the State of Wyoming

• Demonstrated courtroom experience and strong trial preparation skills

• Ability to handle multiple active cases in a fast-paced environment

• Strong interpersonal and client management skills

• Detail-oriented with strong time management and organizational abilities

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Active license to practice law in Wyoming (required)

Skills:

• Expertise in personal injury litigation and civil trial procedures

• Strong legal research and writing ability

• Excellent negotiation and case resolution skills

• Proficiency in legal case management software and litigation support tools

• Bilingual (Spanish) skills preferred but not required
