A law firm seeks a motivated attorney with a minimum of two years of litigation experience to join their Professional Liability Group in Uniondale, NY. The ideal candidate will have experience in professional liability (non-medical) and employment practices liability matters, and will thrive in a fast-paced, collegial environment.

Duties

• Manage complex litigation matters within the Professional Liability Group.
• Conduct legal research and draft legal documents.
• Handle discovery processes, including document review and drafting responses.
• Draft and argue dispositive and non-dispositive motions.

Requirements

• Admission to the New York Bar (required).
• Admission to the New Jersey Bar (preferred).
• Minimum of two years of litigation experience.
• Experience in professional liability and employment practices liability matters (preferred).

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Admission to the New York Bar.
