Duties

• Represent consumer product companies in legal matters.
• Respond to private plaintiff demand letters and government inquiries.
• Assist in litigating consumer class actions.

Requirements

• Five to eight years of litigation experience.
• Experience with FTC, NAD, FDCA, CPSC, and related issues preferred.
• Strong research and writing skills.
• Excellent academic credentials.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Membership to the California Bar or eligibility to waive in.

Education

• Law degree from an ABA-accredited law school.

Certifications

• California Bar membership or eligibility to waive in.

Skills

• Ability to work efficiently with litigation associates and specialists.
