Duties:

• Manage a diverse caseload related to business disputes and litigation.
• Perform in-depth case assessments and develop effective strategies.
• Lead discovery processes, including document review and deposition preparation.
• Draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.
• Represent clients in hearings, depositions, and negotiations.
• Assist with trial preparation and courtroom support.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys on complex matters, gaining exposure to trials and settlement discussions.
• Build and maintain client relationships, offering sound legal advice and guidance.

Requirements:

• 0 to 5 years of experience in business litigation or related practice area.
• Must be admitted to The Florida Bar or in the process of admission.
• Strong understanding of business law and litigation practices.
• Excellent legal research, writing, and analytical skills.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Admission to The Florida Bar (or pending admission).
