Duties

• Draft senior, real estate secured loan documents and joint venture agreements.
• Review title commitments, recorded documents, and surveys.
• Oversee paralegal title and survey review.
• Represent lenders, investors, and syndicators in tax credit real estate financings.

Requirements

• Licensed to practice law in California.
• 2 to 6 years of real estate transactional experience.
• Experience with tax credit transactions preferred.
• Strong writing skills and excellent academic credentials.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• California Bar admission.

Skills

• Proficiency in drafting legal documents.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects effectively.
