The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading all phases of the case, from initial intake to trial or settlement, while working closely with other attorneys and legal staff. This role is focused on providing exceptional legal representation to clients and achieving favorable outcomes in personal injury cases.

Duties:

• Manage all stages of personal injury cases, from intake to trial or settlement.
• Conduct comprehensive case investigations to assess liability and damages.
• Draft and file legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs.
• Negotiate settlements with insurance companies and opposing counsel.
• Represent clients in court, arbitration, and mediation proceedings.
• Maintain clear communication with clients, keeping them informed of case progress.
• Collaborate with other attorneys and support staff to develop case strategies.

Requirements:

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) required.
• 5+ years of personal injury experience with a focus on Pre-Litigation..
• Lawyer in Good Standing licensed to practice law in the state.
• Strong understanding of personal injury laws, regulations, and legal procedures.
• Proven case management experience, focusing on delivering favorable results.
• Ability to conduct in-depth legal research and draft legal briefs.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
• Active membership in the state bar.

Certifications:

• Licensed to practice law in the state of Nevada.
