Duties

• Manage and support toxic tort and product liability litigation matters.
• Conduct legal research and draft motions, pleadings, and other legal documents.
• Handle written discovery, including drafting and responding to requests.
• Take and defend depositions.
• Prepare for and attend court hearings and proceedings.
• Assist with case strategy and development.
• Make in-person appearances as required.

Requirements

• 2 to 5 years of relevant litigation experience in toxic tort, asbestos, or product liability matters preferred.
• Ability to manage cases and handle litigation responsibilities independently.
• Willingness to appear in court as needed.
• Strong interest in developing litigation expertise.

Education

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an ABA-accredited law school.

Certifications

• Active membership in good standing with the California State Bar.
