• Represent clients in court during trials, hearings, and legal proceedings
• Prepare and review legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and discovery responses
• Conduct legal research and provide sound legal advice
• Develop and implement case strategies in collaboration with clients and colleagues
• Negotiate settlements and manage case progress with clients
• Maintain accurate case files and ensure compliance with all legal procedures
• Participate in depositions and client interviews
• Advise clients on legal options and potential outcomes

Requirements:

• Extensive experience in civil litigation or trial law
• Strong courtroom presence with the ability to effectively present cases
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage high caseloads while meeting deadlines
• Proven ability to handle complex legal issues and provide effective legal counsel

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Must be licensed to practice law in the state of Georgia
• Membership in the Georgia Bar Association is preferred
