  • Proven ability to draft comprehensive legal documents with clarity and precision.
  • Experience in negotiation tactics and settlement procedures is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with litigation procedures enhances effectiveness in this role.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail for managing multiple cases.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Education
